Carbonated drinks such as beer and soda contain high level of sugar that can easily make your kidney suffer.
Foods that contain high oxalic acid (organic compound in many plants that increase the risk of kidney stone productions) such as spinach, rhubarb, tomatoes, eggplants, beets, celery, potatoes, eggplants, peanuts, almonds, blueberries, strawberries, parsley and cocoa should be avoided. If not avoided, it may cause you severe pain, nausea and blood in the urine.
